20 year old Max Mossman came to the US from Russia about 8 years ago. Max describes himself as 'A model, future dentist, and business owner'. Currently enrolled at Texas A&M Pre-Dental program, Max is determined to be a success and gives his all to any task he takes on.
'It all started when my grandmother told me that i was too skinny and needed to gain some weight. I admit, I was not a sight to look at. Weighing at 140 lbs at six foot two.'
This led Max to begin his passion for training. Starting off first in his bedroom he quickly moved on to the garage then the gym. Max says that seeing huge changes in his body with hard work confirmed to him that changes of any kind are possible if you put in the time and the work.
